WHAT IS MIGRACALM®?  

MIGRACALM® is a headband that applies controlled pressure on the point in the temples(the part of the cranium between the ear, the cheek and the eye) where most of the pain is focused, producing a sensation of relief.

MIGRACALM® has a specially designed shape that can be adapted to the head. At both ends, there are curved surfaces that can be adjusted to the temples(the part of the cranium between the ear, the cheek and the eye), applying slight pressure to the superficial temporal arteries(the artery that runs through the lateral part of the head, and can be easily felt in the area in front of the ear. It is often used to take someone's pulse. It crosses the zygomatic process of the temporal bone and, approximately 5 cm above it, it splits into a frontal and a parietal branch). It is very comfortable to wear and can be used for long periods of time.

MIGRACALM® also has a control ring that serves as a mechanism for adjusting the pressure. The headband applies constant pressure, which, thanks to the ring, can be graduated as required or according to the intensity of the headache.
